Strength training helped me feel confident, showing me I could shape and grow my body in ways I didn’t think were possible. Pilates added the missing piece: the ability to sculpt and tone my hard-earned muscle. This combination has not only transformed my body but also my mindset—and now it’s your turn.
To ensure this challenge & the Pilates workouts are the highest quality possible, I have brought in my friend & certified Pilates instructor Hannah, owner of The Lante Studio to lead us! As I am still embarking on my own Pilates journey, she will be with us to share her expertise, form tips, & beautiful Pilates routines. I can't wait for you to love it as much as I do!

First of all, the layout give luxury, and CLASS! The recipes, their names, the photos of the food. The breakdown, and all the INFORMATION is EVERYTHING okay?! I’m new to my gym/nutrition journey. It’s crazy that you build your body in the kitchen! Like huh? This cookbook is beginner friendly af! I can’t wait to go grocery shopping tomorrow! I’m hungry right now lol!
