I loveee this workout plan than I expected! At first, I was hesitant because I used to do 3 glute/leg days then 1 upper/back with no specific type of exercise but now, I’m glad that I purchased this plan. Not only I learned how to relaxed my muscle during pilates workout, I also made my body feel more refreshed and flexible. I learned how to do side plank properly and able to manage to hold my own weight every time I do ab/core workout which is great because before I usually skip ab/core workout. Lol. Other than that, I think I’m more mindful about what I eat. I know I’m not that ‘strict’ yet about my weight goal but I saw significant improvement especially around my waist, back handles and my legs look more slimmer (what I preferred). Thank you Sivi and I’m grateful that I’m with great community I met through our group chat. I enjoyed talking to everyone and See you all next to new workout program. Xoxo, Alexis. 🫶🏽🧡

There are many options for every meal, so you dont have to make the same thing everyday like in other meal plans.

Sivan does a great job providing support for women at all levels of Pilates. Her group chat gives us a healthy and supportive group to talk with about Pilates and so many other topics. Her videos are wonderful in the sense of providing visuals but also providing enough details that you feel like you know what you're doing and pushing us through every workout. I am so happy I signed up for this workout challenge and I can't wait to start my next one!

This was such an amazing program on so many levels! Sivan was so motivating, helpful, & supportive throughout the whole challenge💗 The gc we had was also so amazing and filled with supportive girls helping each other in any & every way☺️ And the actual workouts were so body transforming and you genuinely end up falling in love with the lifestyle! This challenge was everything I hoped for!! Not only did it help me develop a great routine coming from someone who had no clue on how to start a good workout regimen but Sivan made this feel so comfortable and safe by keeping in touch with us and keeping us motivated. I followed the at home version and I’m now motivated to get a gym membership and try this again with the gym version!! :)

I had a great experience. The workouts and diet support were great. My favorite part of doing the challenge in real time was the community created during the experience. The support and accountability plus the direct connection to Siv were definitely what made this different for me and gave me results. I’m 100% going to repeat this program and buy the next one.

I bought this program because I would stalk your page and loved your transformation. I bought it specially from you bc I felt seen in the arms area at the beginning when you thought it was only genetics, but in reality, lower weight and more reps also worked for me. This is the first time I’m continually consistent w a workout and I lost 5 pounds. I feel so confident. I absolutely love this program!! I do these on days where I feel like I didnt do enough at the gym and days when I don’t have pilates in person. The workouts are such a killer and even though they’re simple movements, THEY HURT!! I highly recommend this program!! Love it so muchhh!!

Not enough recipes. I was expecting a lot more lunch and dinner recipes. It’s probably not even enough for an entire week, if you’re trying to eat something different everyday. I also rather change it around every week to not get bored. The meals are pretty simple and easy to follow though. That’s the positive side.

the idea of the training is nice but I feel like the videos explanations could be better. Respectfully, Sivan might need to educate herself a little more on form and technique. I enjoyed creating my own plan around this one!
