I did enjoy this workout challenge with Jess. I loved how consistent the workout plans were, very detailed with video instructions so we were able to see the workouts from her doing them, she engaged and answered questions, also Jess was very encouraging throughout the challenge. With this challenge, in total I lost 13lbs with the help of Jess!

This program was so helpful! The workouts are intense but not so hard to the point where it makes you want to give up. I saw amazing results in my before and after pics and even dropped an entire pants size within this 4 week period. I ate in a calorie deficit, used Solins meal plan generator and did Jess’s workouts and I’ve never felt better!! I joined this challenge to lose weight and feel better and more confident in my clothes and I can 10000% say that it’s helped. I would recommend this challenge to anyone. It’s so helpful for beginners and I love that every workout can be done at home because I’m NOT a gym girly at all lol. Love love love this workout challenge!!! The workouts were great and wonderfully targeted. I never felt drained and felt stronger and stronger as the weeks passed. I could see my body shifting due to the exercises and am very pleased with my results. I did half of it in the gym and half at home. I’m extra grateful for lifetime access to the workout plans because I will definitely be keeping them in rotation as I work toward my goal. Money and time well spent. I would like to add that aside from a calorie deficit and protein rich meals I only took a vitamin D supplement and joint support. I didn't use any sweat bands, detox teas, waist trainers or the like. I lost about 10 pounds of fat and gained about 5 pounds of muscle according to the body scan tools at my gym. Highly recommend

Price was right for what was given. Loved the badges that came up after logging. Made it more of a game against yourself. I enjoyed interacting with the other members, but it did slow down after week 2. Would have liked to know what muscle was being worked on with the exercise rather than just saying glute, leg, etc. Different forms work different parts of the same thing. For example Squats could work, inner thigh, quad, or glute based on where you place your feet and how wide.
